GOD’S CLOSET
“And I will kill her children with
death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the
reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your
works.”
Revelation 3:23
I’m sure all of us have cleaned our closets at one time. I am
cleaning my closets today and Jesus inspired me to stop, sit down and do
this writing.
A lot of times there are things in our closet that are old, don’t fit, or
just need to be thrown away. It is the same with our heart.
There are many things in our heart that need to be cleaned out and thrown
away.
We have anger, hatred, unforgiveness, bitterness, resentment, and all
other things that hurt the Heart of Jesus buried deep in our heart.
Not only will God give us according to our works; we can’t be effective in
serving Him the way He wants us to serve Him. Unless we allow Him to
search our heart and throw away all the feelings that hinder us from
having a right relationship with Jesus, we will be unable to spread His
Love.
What does the closet in your heart contain? Is it filled with things
that are keeping you from the Peace of Jesus? If so, then I urge you
to let Jesus take His Cleansing Blood and make you fit for His use.
