WHICH KIND? “Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.” Galatians 5:19-21 The word “cancer” frightens us, as it is so devastating. We have friends and family that have cancer and our hearts are broken. We know that if the person who has cancer is saved, (has made a heart commitment to Jesus), then we will see our loved one again in Heaven. While this is such a horrible disease, there is a disease that is far worse than this. It is cancer of the heart. There are many people who have cancer of the heart, and sad to say, some of them are people who claim to be Christians. The Bible says, “By their fruits, ye shall know them”. If we have cancer of the heart, then our loved ones will not see us in Heaven. How is your heart today? Is it cancer free? Have you allowed Jesus to purge this killing disease from your heart? If not, don’t wait another minute! Run into the waiting Arms and Heart of Jesus and let Him take away this killing disease from your heart. August 21, 2005
