STILL NO ROOM
“I will praise thee, O
Lord, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works. I
will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou
most High.”
Psalm 9:1-2
There was no room for Jesus when
He was born and sad to say, it is still true today in a lot of people’s
hearts. Today is Jesus’ Birthday and how many of us sang Happy
Birthday to Him. We sing to our family and friends because we love
them. How much more should we sing to Jesus, the Best Friend we will
ever have.
Did you make room for Jesus today? When you woke up this morning,
was your first thought about Jesus? Did you thank Him for this
Joyous Day? As you gathered with family and friends today, did you
stop and let Jesus into the activities?
I challenge all of us to make more room for Jesus in our daily lives.
If making Jesus happy is not your reason for living, then I suggest you do
a heart checkup and have a long, serious talk with Him. Open your
heart to Jesus and let Him fill it with His Love, Joy, Peace, and
Happiness.
