Aliyah...Going Up
Psalm 24 The
Song of Ascension
|
A Psalm of David 24:1-10 For He hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods. Who shall ascend into the mountain of the Lord* ? and who shall stand in His holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not taken My name in vain, and hath not sworn deceitfully. He shall receive a blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. Such is the generation of them that seek after Him, that seek Thy face, even Jacob. Selah Lift up your heads, O ye gates, and be ye lifted up, ye everlasting doors; that the King of glory may come in. 'Who is the King of glory?' 'The the Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.' Lift up your heads, O ye gates, yea, lift them up, ye everlasting doors; that the King of glory may come in. 'Who then is the King of glory?' 'The the Lord of hosts; He is the King of glory.' Selah. "Who shall ascend into the mountain of the L-rd*?"

If you are a
blood bought child of G-d your life is to be an
Aliyah!
The direction of your life is never to be aimed
The spiritual understanding of "aliyah" is that you are ascending to a higher place in G-d -- a deeper knowledge and revelation of G-d -- than where you were previously. You are growing in the knowledge of G-d and therefore G-d is taking you into a deeper understanding of knowing Him.
But going up requires more effort and determination. It’s easier tear down than to build up! Don’t compromise or give in to what is lower.
Dare to go for higher ground and you will be amazed at what happens
We are on a spiritual journey departing from the ways of the world and entering
into the ways of G-d growing spiritually step by step desiring to finish
the course which G-d has laid before us and to ascend to the city of
"Lift up your heads O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the
King of glory shall come in.
Every day you are given a choice!
Choose to GO UP !
